Dr. Yazan Osaily, International Director at PERSES Group, holds a PhD in Civil Engineering with a rare specialization in Demolition Project Management. He combines academic expertise with international consultancy, linking education, research, and industry. Since 2020, he has delivered MSc and Foundation programs in Demolition Management with the University of Wolverhampton and the Institute of Demolition Engineers (IDE). He also founded PERSES Academy, which launched the world’s first online course in Demolition Management. His research covers demolition management, circular economy, technical guidance, and project strategy, with published work in international conferences and journals.
