Dina Almasaeid

Dina Almasaeid is an international development executive with over 15 years of experience in development, education, entrepreneurship, youth empowerment, and human rights across the Middle East and Europe. As Regional Programme Director for SPARK Middle East, she manages a multi-million-dollar portfolio, strengthens regional partnerships, and secures funding from international donors. She is recognized for building and scaling high-impact programs in complex environments and for her leadership in localization strategies that empower local partners. Dina is also a certified Qualified Corporate Director through the Jordan Institute of Directors in partnership with IFC, and serves as a board member supporting sustainable and holistic growth.
